Keningau Weekly Tamu

Famous for its handwoven goods, the district of Keningau was once the main producer of cinnamon. There are two ‘tamu’ or markets that take place in Keningau which are held in Bingkor and in Keningau Town. It is a great place to see traders displaying and selling their goods, from fresh produce to a variety of handicrafts. A great range of handwoven baskets and trays are also available.
