Ancient Tingkayu Artifact
Tingkayu is one of the sites of Pre-History (the first human existence) that is symbolic for the Kunak people. The oldest human activities site in Sabah is in the Tingkayu area. There is a pre-historic lake formed due to the lava flow that contained the Tingkayu River over 30,000 years ago.
