Kiau Nuluh Village, Kadamaian

The villagers in Kiau Nuluh are Kadazandusun working as farmers or civil servants. Every family has a plot of farm for their sustenance and as a source of income. Kiau Village produced many mountain guides and some are employed by Sabah Parks. This village also has its pineapple-based food business run by Koonduan Kiau Nuluh Enterprise.

Getting There

It’s about 68.1km from Kota Kinabalu or about 1 hour 35 minutes’ drive. You can opt to take an Express Bus (bas ekspres) from the Terminal Bus Station at Jalan Padang, Bandaran Berjaya. The departure time will be from 8.30am until 2.00pm with an estimated cost of RM10.00. Upon reaching Kota Belud town or the taxi stand, find a taxi and get to Kiau Nuluh Village which is about 6.9km or 15 minutes’ drive away from Kota Belud town.
