Ecotourism Aki Sarapung
Walai Aki Sarapung Camping Site is located at Kampung Sarapung Penampang. It was established in 2017, aiming to provide visitors/tourists with a peaceful and memorable weekend getaway. Suitable for small groups of 10 or family with children. Enjoy spa therapy at the five units of man-made pools with natural non-stop fresh water flowing down from the hills to the pools. Basic accommodation is also available, and for those who would like to camp under the stars, listening to the songs of the night breeze is an experience itself.

Getting There
It’s about 25km from Kota Kinabalu or about 30 hours 40 minutes drive. You can opt to take a bus at Wawasan Bus Terminal (Penampang – Kota Kinabalu Bus). The departure time will be from 6.30 am until 8,00pm with an estimated cost of RM2.00. Upon reaching Donggongon Town, find a taxi or minibus to Walai Aki Sarapung Camping site which is about 7.4km or 15 minutes’ drive away from Donggongon Town.
