Tukad Gonipis, Tudan Village, Ranau

For those who love tough challenges, Tukad Gonipis, Kg. Tudan can be used as a test of endurance. The Community at Kampung Tudan initiated to create and develop a tourism product called ‘Tukad Gonipis’ (Gonipis Stairs) up on Gonipis Hill that consist of 502 steps.
It was opened to the public in 2016 and has attracted many visitors from around Sabah. Beautification and upgrading of Tukad Gonipis is ongoing and in future visitors will be able to stay overnight once the planned traditional accommodation materialized.
